We run all of our own servers. Our servers are colocated in data centers where their only concern is providing our network connectivity. When purchasing hosting through a reseller you have to worry about the hosting provider making changes to their service which the resellers, and therefore the customers of the reseller, are unable to control or influence. Since we own our own servers we decide which changes to make and can make those decisions based on the opinions of our customers.

We are firmly against spamming. If you're interested in spamming or causing other problems then it turns out our service is not for you after all. Sorry. If you're interested in a hosting provider who will strive to protect your service from being blocked by other providers then we are for you.

We let you run your own services. Most shared hosting providers do not let you run your own services on the server. We do! If you're looking to run your own chat server or game server we'd like to accommodate that.

We don't use commercial control panels for account management. Wait, why is that a good thing? Here's why: Commercial control panels often take over complete installation of the software running on the system. This means that any changes have to be performed worrying that it might break the control panel. Any upgrades to the software have to be performed by the control panel software. All of this takes control away from the system administrator. Whom would you trust more? A provider who knows how to make a change through a simple control panel or a provider who knows how to properly configure and secure each service from scratch? What happens if you want something that a control panel doesn't support? We can easily set it up while those companies relying on control panels might have to wait for the control panel software to support it. For all of these reasons you're better off with a company who doesn't rely on commercial control panels. For those who like to have direct control over their accounts, we are currently in the testing phase of a custom developed control panel which will let you configure most aspects of your account yourself.

You can pay through PayPal. We accept both checks and credit cards using PayPal's secure processing site. If you sign up for a PayPal account you can also pay directly from a checking or savings account.

We use brand name servers with redundant power and storage in order to reduce hardware related downtime. We maintain hardware support contracts on the servers so that failed parts can be replaced more quickly. Because of our redundant hardware and administration expertise we've statistically been able to provide approximately 99.99% uptime (also known as "4 nines").
